Buyer takeaway
Before shipment, inspect product appearance, lid fit, handle finish, enamel color, packaging artwork, barcode labels, carton marks, and carton protection. Inspection should match the approved sample and purchase order.
Product inspection
Check visible enamel surfaces, rims, handles, knobs, interiors, and lids. For cookware sets, compare color consistency across items. If the product is heavy, confirm that packaging protects handles and lids.
Packaging inspection
Review box artwork, spelling, barcode, care cards, manuals, inserts, SKU labels, and master carton marks. Packaging mistakes can create retail and customs problems even when the product itself is acceptable.
