Buyer takeaway
Review enameled cast iron cookware samples by checking product shape, color, enamel surface, lid fit, handle comfort, weight, logo placement, packaging fit, and written approval details.
Product review
Compare the sample against the RFQ and product brief. Check if the body shape, capacity, lid, knob, handle, and enamel finish match the expected direction.
Color review
Look at the sample in daylight and indoor lighting. Take photos, but do not rely only on photos. For color-sensitive programs, keep the approved physical sample as the production reference.
Packaging review
Place the product in the intended box if packaging is ready. Check protection around handles, lid, and corners. Confirm barcode, artwork, inserts, and carton marks.
Approval notes
Write down what is approved and what still needs changes. Use one final approval channel so the manufacturer receives clear instructions.
