OEM Dutch Oven Production Process

1. Product requirement confirmation

The buyer confirms product shape, size, finish, lid details, logo requirement, packaging structure, and expected quantity.

2. Sample development

The factory prepares a sample or confirms an existing model. This stage is important for enamel color, lid fit, packaging artwork, and buyer approval.

3. Mass production

Production moves through casting, grinding, coating, firing, and in-process inspection. Buyers should confirm which details need to be checked at each stage, especially color consistency, rim finish, lid fit, and packaging protection.

4. Final inspection and packing

Finished cookware is checked, packed, and prepared for export based on the buyer’s carton and labeling requirements.

5. Shipment support

Sancong coordinates with the buyer or forwarder for final shipment details.
